Presentation & CRM specialist

As a presentation and CRM specialist, you will support the global business development team to :

  • Create pitch books presentations and other documents using the MS Office Suite
  • Manage customer’s data in our CRM by ensuring data are up to date and fulfilled according to procedures
  • Organize and manage the documentation of our business development team
  • Optionally, assist the business development team in reporting
  • The tasks and management for this position is performed directly from our Headquarter in France

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Expert knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
  • Proactiveness and high sense of responsibility
